Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorber heat transfer pipe wherein heat transfer performance corresponding to an increased ratio of a heat transfer area is improved, and mass per unit length is substantially equal to a plain pipe, and further the cost of a raw material is not increased.
SOLUTION: A plurality of crests 4 extending in a pipe axis direction on a pipe outer surface and having a circular arc bent surface shape in a pipe periphery direction are disposed forming a root 6 between the adjacent crests 4 in the pipe periphery direction, and uneven parts are formed in a pipe inner surface corresponding to the crests 4 and the roots 6, and an absorption solution is dropped or sprinkled on the pipe outer surface. In contrast, in an absorber heat transfer pipe in which the absorption solution outside the pipe is cooled with a cooling fluid in the pipe, there are provided at an interval in the direction of the pipe axis many recessed parts 8 extending in the pipe periphery direction in which any of a bottom cross section configuration in the pipe axis direction and a bottom cross section configuration in the pipe periphery direction for each crest part 4 demonstrates a bent surface configuration, and the crest 4 between the recessed parts 8 is constructed as an independent fin 10 and simultaneously opposite ends of the recessed part 8 in the pipe periphery direction are converged to be gradually narrower.
