Abstract:
To provide an absorption type water cooler/heater capable of suppressing corrosion of piping caused by a heating operation while preventing damage in winter.SOLUTION: An absorption type water cooler/heater 1 obtains cold water by using a cooling cycle of a regenerator 11, a condenser 12, an evaporator 13 and an absorber 14, and obtains hot water by using a heating cycle of the regenerator 11 and the evaporator 13. The absorption type water cooler/heater 1 includes: a cooling water inlet water stop valve V1 provided in a cooling water inlet 14b; and a cooling water outlet water stop valve V2 provided in a cooling water outlet 12b. The absorption type water cooler/heater 1 causes first cooling water piping 12a and second cooling water piping 14a to be filled with cooling water by closing the cooling water inlet water stop valve V1 and the cooling water outlet water stop valve V2, and starts a heating operation by using the heating cycle when a detected temperature of the cooling water becomes a predetermined temperature or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
