To provide a compact absorption type refrigerating device of high performance and low costs capable of more effectively utilizing exhaust heat.
In this absorption type refrigerating device, an indirect cooling method is applied to keep an absorbed solution supplied to an absorber A in a supercooling state by an air-cooled heat exchanger Ha in advance, a plurality of generators G, evaporators E, and absorbers A are disposed to constitute an absorption refrigerating cycle, the generators G are connected in series by a heating passage 7, the evaporators E are respectively connected in series by a cooled fluid passage 8, the refrigerant vapor of lower temperature can be generated in the generator G positioned at an outlet side of the heating passage 7, and the heating is performed by inlet exhaust heat of high temperature in the generator G connected to the evaporator E positioned at an outlet side of the cooled fluid passage 8 needing further lower evaporation temperature, when an exhaust heat utilizing system using discharged hot water as a heating medium, is applied.
