Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a dehumidifying operation to be carried out by a single heat exchanger for an indoor device without making any substantial reduction of a room temperature applied as a physical body sensitive temperature.
SOLUTION: A changing-over instructing section 27 instructs a valve driving section 28 for performing a changing-over of four-way valves V1, V2 in accordance with setting of a cooling operation timer Tct and a heating operation timer Tht. The four-way valves V1, V8 are changed over to cause either cold water or hot water to be connected to a brine pipe passage passing through an indoor device. When cold water is connected to the brine pipe passage, this is a cooling operation and in turn when hot water is connected to the brine pipe passage, this is a heating operation. Temperature of the cold water is decreased while the cold water flows through the evaporator and temperature of hot water is increased in the pipe passage passing through an absorbing device and a condenser. An air blowing direction can be changed by directing a flow regulation plate 24 in an upward direction during the cooling operation and in turn by directing the flow regulation plate 24 in a downward direction during the heating operation.
