A regenerator 23 heating an absorbent solution to separate a coolant vapor from the absorbent solution, a condenser 27 condensing the coolant vapor separated by the regenerator and emitting heat to an exterior, and the boiler 14 interposed in a water piping and reheating hot water are arranged in the first chamber 63. An evaporator 11 absorbing heat from an exterior, evaporating a coolant, and producing coolant vapor, and an absorber 12 absorbing the coolant vapor produced by the evaporator in the absorbent solution.
