To provide an absorption hot and chilled water generator capable of improving an efficiency of a steam fired absorption hot and chilled water generator by effectively utilizing a heat amount incorporated in a heat source fluid fed through a high-temperature regenerator.
In the absorption hot and chilled water generator comprising an absorber 22, a condenser 50, an evaporator 52, a high-temperature regenerator 44, and a low-temperature regenerator 48, a heat source fluid line L2 in which a heat source fluid (e.g. high-pressure vapor) passes thermally communicates with the regenerator 44, a drain regenerator 30 is mounted at a solution line in which an absorption solution flows, and a heat source fluid line fed through the regenerator 44 thermally communicates with a drain regenerator 30. A heat amount incorporated in the fluid after heating and regenerating an absorption solution in the regenerator 44 is introduced into the solution in the regenerator 30 to heat and regenerate the solution.
