Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorption liquid pump for an absorption type refrigerating device to reduce size, weight, and a flow rate, increase a discharge pressure, and ensure airtightness for a long period.
SOLUTION: A casing of an absorption liquid pump 210 forms a double structure casing consisting of internal casings 240 and 250 made of resin to form an impeller chamber to contain an impeller 211, and external casings 220 and 230 made of a plate. The impeller chamber is high-precisely formed by the internal casings 240 and 250 and airtightness against an external part is ensured by joining together the external casing 220 and 230 through welding. The internal casing and the external casing are brought into local contact with each other by a plurality of ribs 246 and 247, and a clearance through which absorption liquid is moved is formed between the internal and external casings, and crevice corrosion is prevented from occurring. Communication between a discharge port 232 and an inflow port 221 is disconnected by an O-ring 217 and lowering of discharge capacity is prevented from occurring.
