Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a continuous operation by adjusting imbalance even when imbalance occurs in an amount of lithium bromide between a low pressure side cycle and a high pressure side cycle, in an absorption type refrigerating machine which can switch between a two-stage absorption cycle and a single-effect cycle so as to achieve efficiency improvement by an operation condition.SOLUTION: An absorption type refrigerating machine includes a low pressure side cycle including an evaporator, a low pressure absorber and a low pressure regenerator, and a high pressure side cycle including a high pressure absorber, a high pressure regenerator and a condenser, and it can switch between a two-stage absorption cycle and a single-effect cycle. During the two-stage absorption cycle operation, refrigerant vapor generating from the low pressure regenerator is absorbed in a solution of the high pressure absorber. It is controlled so that a liquid level height of the solution stored at a bottom part of the high pressure absorber and the low pressure regenerator is maintained at a predetermined lower limit value or greater.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
