To improve absorbing performance of a refrigerant of an absorbing liquid by smoothly introducing refrigerant vapor in spite of simple improvement.

An intermediate tray 34 is provided at a predetermined space below a tray on which an absorbent drops as a liquid drop, and the introduction side of refrigerant vapor of an outer peripheral wall of the intermediate tray 34 is formed as an inclined surface F increasing in height as it goes toward the upstream, so that the liquid drops are caught in the intermediate tray 34. Further, the absorbent is dropped as liquid drops from absorbent spray holes 35 of the intermediate tray 34 and caught in a lower intermediate tray 34, and dropped as liquid drops on a further lower intermediate tray 34. Thus, the time required to drop to the lowermost end as a whole is increased to lengthen the contact time with the refrigerant vapor and the liquid drop, and smoothly introduced refrigerant vapor is brought into contact with the dripped liquid drops to absorb the refrigerant. Thus, the refrigerant absorbing performance is improved.
