In the absorption type cold generating device or the absorption type refrigerating machine comprising a regenerator, a condenser, an evaporator and an absorber for performing an absorbent regenerating process of utility number ns≥1, a condensing process, an evaporating process and an absorbing process, the refrigerant condensate for cold generation from the condensing process is introduced to an evaporator part for cold generation to be sprayed to an outer wall face of a heat transfer pipe for evaporator part refrigerant/secondary refrigerant condensation type heat exchanger (hereinafter, evaporator part condensation type heat exchanger), a volatile secondary refrigerant vapor in the heat transfer pipe is condensed by cold generated by evaporative heat absorption, then the volatile secondary refrigerant condensate is sent to an air-cooled heat exchanger, and the air passing through the air-cooled heat exchanger is cooled by evaporative heat absorption to output the cold.
