To provide an absorption water cooling and heating system, enabling individual use of low potential energy at heating cycle using a simple change in the constitution of the system.
The absorption water cooling and heating system is provided with a low-potential energy heat exchanger and is equipped with a cooling and heating cycle switching mechanism. The switching mechanism is constituted of either a solution flow passage 29, having a valve V3' for taking out cold water from an evaporator E at cooling cycle and extracting hot-water from the evaporator E at heating cycle, while introducing the solution of the series of an absorber A-a low-temperature regenerator GL-a high-temperature regenerator GH into the evaporator E at heating cycle or the switching mechanism is constituted of a refrigerant flow passage 14, provided with a valve V1 for guiding refrigerant vapor generated in the high-temperature reclaimer GH to the absorber A and the evaporator E, as well as another refrigerant flow passage provided with a solution passage, having a valve for guiding the solution from the solution flow passage to the evaporator E and a refrigerant flow passage, having a valve for guiding the refrigerant vapor generated in the low-temperature regenerator GL to the absorber A and/or the evaporator E.
