The absorptive body is formed with a waist aperture and a pair of leg apertures by adhering and fixing the respective two side edges of the abdomen side part and the back side part. Leg gathers are formed by stretchable elastic members 13 at least in the leg apertures. Girth gathers to tighten the parts around the waist of the wearing person are formed of the stretchable elastic members 14. The stretchable elastic members 14 and the absorber 17 described above are at least not joined in at least the central part of the girth part where the stretchable elastic members 14 are arranged.
