Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problem of the conventional sanitary napkin that excretion liquid can not be absorbed enough due to the difficulty of continuously being in contact with the privates following the movement of a wearer.
SOLUTION: Both end parts in the cross direction of a support are provided with side wall sheets 4, 4 extending in the longitudinal direction. The side wall sheets 4, 4 are deformed vertically in zigzag, and have elastic shrinkage force in the longitudinal direction. Accordingly, the side sheets 4, 4 are raised from the support 2. A liquid absorbing member 3 is supported on the side wall sheets 4, 4. Accordingly, the liquid absorbing member 3 is independently moved on the support 2 so as to follow the movement of the body of a wearer and closely in contact therewith.
