To provide an AC adapter capable of charging a portable device terminal such as a mobile phone and using information data memorized in the portable device terminal via a network where an interface is different from the portable device terminal.

The AC adapter includes: a first circuit board 10 where a power supply circuit 11 for generating designated DC voltage from an AC power supply is mounted; a second circuit board 20 mounting interface conversion means 27, 27a; one of cases 30, 30a and 30b having a middle wall 33 where a conductive film 40 is formed on at least one face, the case being formed by partitioning it into a first storage chamber 31 storing the first circuit board 10 by the middle wall 33, and a second storage chamber 32 storing the second circuit board 20, with the middle wall 33; and connectors 50, 51 and 52 for connecting the first circuit board 10 and the second circuit board 20 by penetrating the middle wall 33.
