A control circuit 20 includes a power supply period calculation section 23 which calculates a period T of an AC voltage based on the time between zero points detected by a zero-point detection circuit 11; an angular frequency calculation section 24 which calculates an angular frequency ω of an AC voltage based on the period calculated by the power supply period calculation section 23; a power supply phase calculation section which calculates a phase θ of an AC voltage based on a time between zero points and an angular frequency ω; and a driving signal generation section 28 which generates a driving signal based on the phase θ, the angular frequency ω, an AC voltage detected by a power voltage detection circuit 9 and a DC voltage detected by a DC voltage detection circuit 10.
