Abstract:
PURPOSE:To contrive the remarkable reduction of work hours by a method wherein a partial part-winding system is applied to a lap winding system for an armature winding and special winding and insulating treatment are not required for a split section. CONSTITUTION:For example, in a lap winding system of three-phase 18 poles as a whole, one pole of a coil J arranged at a split section, a feeding section, therefore, two poles for double-split is eliminated and a part winding is composed to form an upper 8-pole winding and lowr 8-pole winding and a 16-pole winding is composed as a whole of stator. As to the coil inserted in the slot around the split section 7-7 wire, an upper coil J1 or lower coil J2 only is inserted. In this way, special winding and insulating treatment for the split section are not required and for example, split stator leads can simply be connected in a terminal box and work hours can remarkably be reduced.
