Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a highly safe transformer temperature protection circuit.SOLUTION: In an AC input circuit 10, a breaker B1 is inserted between an AC input terminal and the primary winding of a transformer T1. A normal close type temperature switch Stc is inserted in a first current path which is connected to 2 input ends of the AC input terminal to form a closed loop, and is switched on when the temperature of the transformer T1 is normal, whereas switched off when the temperature is abnormal. A B-contact relay Y1 is inserted in a second current path which is connected to 2 input ends of the primary winding of the transformer T1 to form a closed loop, and is switched off when a current flows through the first current path, whereas switched on when a current does not flow. The breaker B1 cuts off between the AC input terminal and the primary winding of the transformer T1, when a current flows through the second current path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
