Abstract:
PURPOSE:To execute an electric conduction time control by a thyristor without generating a noise, by executing a zero level control of an AC waveform, and an electric conduction control in which one period of the AC waveform is the minimum unit. CONSTITUTION:In an AC power control device for heating the glass for eliminating a cloud or an ice-drop, etc. adhering to the glass due to a difference between a room temperature and an open air temperature, a means for executing a zero level control of an AC waveform, and a means for executing an electric conduction control by setting one period of the AC waveform as the minimum unit are provided. For instance, a zero level detecting circuit 3 detects a zero level at every one period of the AC waveform, and generates a pulse signal at a start time point of one period. A heater electric conduction time control circuit 4 is constituted of an amplifying circuit 40, a timer 41 for increasing monotonously an output voltage extending over about 3min from the time when a power source is turned on, a comparing part 42, and an oscillator for generating a saw tooth wave of about 8Hz, and a gate signal generation time control circuit 5 generates a gate signal required for controlling an electric conduction time extending over one period portion of a thyristor circuit 6.
