Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC servo press apparatus which can correspond to folding processing of a long work-piece, for which power is saved and which has a high accuracy.SOLUTION: An AC servo press apparatus comprises: reciprocation rods 41a, 41b which reciprocate movable bodies 42a, 42b by main drive source motors 40a, 40b; booster mechanisms 60a, 60b which have force point parts on the movable bodies 42a, 42b, have action point parts on ram plate press rods 70a, 70b respectively, and boost a force, which is added to the force point parts, to a multiple and transmits the same to the action point parts; and crank mechanisms 80a, 80b in which an off-set phase is controlled by auxiliary driving motors 50a, 50b, and which control vertical motion of the ram plate press rods 70a, 70b by the off-set phase. According to this apparatus, a ram plate 30 is lowered by the main drive source motors 40a, 40b via the booster mechanisms 60a, 60b thereby press-processing a work-piece as an object to be processed, and high speed control for vertical motion of the ram plate 30 in non-press processing of a work-piece is performed by the crank mechanisms 80a, 80b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
