To provide an accelerated particle irradiation facility which can efficiently install a particle accelerator and irradiation equipment in a designated site.
In a particle beam radiotherapy facility 1D installed in a building 6D consisting of a layered structure of a plurality of floors, the facility is equipped with cyclotron 2, for generating a proton beam, and a plurality of rotation gantries 7, 8 which radiate the proton beams generated by the cyclotron 2 and installed in at least either of an upper floor and a lower floor of the floor where the cyclotron 2 is installed. The plurality of the rotation gantries 7, 8 are installed by shifting them in a horizontal direction and installed in the different floors from the floor where the cyclotron 2 is installed, respectively.
