Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration sensor and the like capable of easily changing sensitivity.SOLUTION: An acceleration sensor 10 includes: a mass weight part 21; a support part 22 for supporting the mass weight part 21; a frame 23 in which both ends of the support part 22 are connected thereto; a deformation detection part 24 provided on the support part 22 and for detecting the displacement of the support part 22; and an adjustment part 25 capable of adjusting a tensile force of the support part 22. A detector 1 includes: an acceleration sensor 10; and a control part 11 connected to the acceleration sensor 10. The control part 11 acquires a natural vibration frequency according to a sensitivity to be set, and acquires a tensile force from the acquired natural vibration frequency based on the tensile force and tensile force conversion data associated with the tensile force frequency of the mass weight part 21, and controls the adjustment part 25 so as to become the acquired tensile force.
