In an accelerator lever structure of a motor-driven cart in which a pair of right and left handle grips 11 are provided on a steering wheel 1, and an accelerator lever 12 capable of operating the accelerator through joint gripping together with one of the hand grips 11 is provided, the accelerator lever 12 consists of a crank-shaped arm member 16 which is freely attached/ detached to/from a supporting member 15 provided on the steering wheel 1 and freely changes its fitting direction in the right-to-left direction, and a grip lever part 17 which is provided in an attachable/detachable manner to/from one end part of the arm member 16 and freely changes its fitting direction in the right-to-left direction.
