Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate control for complicatedly changing a brake force applied to a throttle grip.SOLUTION: An accelerator operation device 1 for performing an accelerator operation of an engine includes a casing 3, a movable part 9 being rotatably supported by the casing 3 and rotating from an original position a according to the amount of the accelerator operation, a main spring 24 returning the movable part 9 to the original position a when the accelerator operation is stopped, a pad 25 that is brought into contact with the movable part 9 to give the frictional resistance to the movable part 9, and a piezoelectric element 26 that is deformed by application of a voltage from the control device and changes the frictional resistance by changing a force pressing the pad 25 against the movable part 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
