To improve an assemblage property and to attempt to reduce a manufacturing cost thereof by inserting an insertion part into a part to be inserted and fitting a fitting part into a part to be fit to constitute an arm and a pedal pad in the pedal pad.
A pedal pad 3 is attached on a pad attachment part 9 in which an insertion part 7 and a fitting part 8 stand in a relation of 90 degrees with a folded part 6 of the arm 2 sandwiched therebetween. A pad attachment part 9 of the arm 2 comprises an insertion part 7 and a fitting part 8 which stand in a folding relation to each other. Then, the part 14 to be inserted and a part to be fit 15 are integrally formed on a rear surface of the pedal pad 3. Since the insertion part 7 is completely held in the part 14 to be inserted, the insertion part 14 can be removed only in an insertion direction. Furthermore, the fitting part 8 is held in the part to be fit 15 to a degree such that the part is not removed by strong force.
