Abstract:
To solve the problem that in a conventional accelerator aperture conversion device that is mounted between an accelerator and an ECU of a vehicle and outputs to the ECU a false accelerator signal in which an accelerator signal is amplified or attenuated, the accelerator signal is amplified or attenuated by a constant quantity regardless of a speed of the vehicle, so that reaction of the vehicle against a stepping-in amount of an accelerator pedal is too sensitive or too insensitive when starting the vehicle and during travelling of the vehicle, which sometimes requires manual switching operation.SOLUTION: An accelerator signal control device is configured so that a change rate of a false accelerator signal that is amplified or attenuated in accordance with an accelerator signal inputted into a main body (1) of the accelerator signal control device is changed in accordance with a speed of vehicles. This can achieve the accelerator signal control device with excellent versatility and merchantability that enables smooth and comfortable starting of a vehicle and smooth acceleration/deceleration of the vehicle being travelling, while preventing reaction of the vehicle against a stepping-in amount of an accelerator pedal from becoming too sensitive or becoming too insensitive when starting the vehicle and during travelling of the vehicle, in accordance with individually different characteristics of vehicles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
