Abstract:
To protect access by onboard equipment to a recording medium.
An access protection device 1 is provided with a power supply control part 32. The power supply control part 32 supplies an ETC device 100 with electric power from +B power supply 122, when an ACC power supply 120 is turned off. A control part 10 controls the power supply control part 32, until the access of the ETC device 100 to an IC card 104 is completed so that the electric power from the +B power supply 122 is supplied to the ETC device 100.
