Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simply produce an accessory tile by arranging plate-shaped tile preparatory molded objects having color patterns to both slope parts of a lower mold having a chevron-shape or trough-shape cross section and arranging a bonding rod-shaped member of the same quality between both end surfaces thereof to integrate the same with the molded objects under pressure.
CONSTITUTION: Plate-shaped tile preparatory molded objects 2a, 2b having color patterns formed on the surfaces thereof are arranged to both slope parts of a lower mold 31 having a trough-shape cross section and a bonding rod- shaped member 3 of the same quality is arranged between the end surfaces along the ridgeline of the lower mold 31 to be pressed between both molds 31, 32 to be integrated with the molded objects. The integrated one is baked to form an accessory tile 1. Therefore, patterns can be continuously formed on all of the surfaces of the accessory tile 1 having a main body part 1b and bent part 1c provided on both sides of the right-angled corner part 1a thereof and the accessory tile 1 can simply be produced.
