Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is no device which experientially assists education in educating an operator about response to a distribution line accident.SOLUTION: An accident training assist device 1 is provided with: a simulation distribution line 13; interval circuit breakers 14A-14D; circuit breaker slave stations 15A-15D; a simulation transformer station box 11 simulating a transformer station; an auxiliary relay 112 which blocks supply of simulation voltage to the simulation distribution line 13; a simulation transformer station slave station 12 which controls the respective opening/closing operations of the auxiliary relay 112 and the interval circuit breakers 14A-14D; and accident simulation operation boxes 16A-16C which generate an accident occurrence signal showing an occurrence state of an accident, in which the simulation transformer station slave station 12 performs in a simulated manner a detection operation of an accident section by sequentially casting the auxiliary relay 112 and interval circuit breakers 14A-14D again by a time progressive system after opening the auxiliary relay 112 when the accident occurrence signal is input from any of the accident simulation operation boxes 16A-16C. An operator can experientially learn the response to the accident by the accident training assist device 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
