Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for prevention of accidental swallowing for preventing accidental swallowing or the like by older persons and infants.SOLUTION: An implement for prevention of accidental swallowing includes: a container which stores contents harmful to a human body therein; a cap screwed to a mouth part of the container; an outer cap which causes the cap to be covered therewith and is provided so as to be slidable in a prescribed width in a shaft direction and be freely rotatable around a shaft center in the implement capable of taking out and charging the contents by attaching and detaching the cap for the container; and engagement means which attachably and detachably engaging the outer cap and the cap to each other. Therein, the engagement means is constituted with a groove part or a protruded part disposed on the outer circumference of the cap and a protruded part or a groove part which are attachably and detachably engaged with the above groove part or the above protruded part, disposed on the inner circumference of the outer cap, and engagement and disengagement of the cap and the outer cap are performed in such a state that the cap is covered with the outer cap by relatively moving the outer cap for the cap in the shaft direction.
