Abstract:
To prevent inconvenience that an opened gas cock is closed by mischief or wrong operation, and reduce the number of components to enable installation in a compact manner without obstruction or interference around a pipe, in a wrong operation prevention tool comprising a pipe connection cylinder part (21) and an operation handle (20) from which a lever part (25) projects, wherein when a gas cock (2) is in an open state, the lever part (25) is mounted to the gas cock positioned along the pipe connection cylinder part (21).SOLUTION: A locking part (10) lockable to a lever part (25), and a leg part (11) lockable to at least a part of an outer peripheral surface of a pipe connection cylinder part (21) in an externally fitted manner are provided in one prevention tool body (1). Only when a gas flow passage is in an open state, the locking part (10) and the leg part (11) are configured to be respectively lockable to the lever part (25) and the pipe connection cylinder part (21) simultaneously.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
