PURPOSE: To enhance the density of accommodation of a facility for container chassis set off from a truck, by hanging the chassis at a hanger rail while the condition is changed from rolling to hung-down state, and thereupon performing accommodation.
CONSTITUTION: At the inlet 7a to a building 7, a chassis 6 is coupled with a coupler 5 of a suspension tool 4 which moves on a hanger rail 3. Thus the chassis 6 moves in the direction of arrow together with moving suspension tool 4, and its attitude is changed gradually into upright at the attitude altering part 2 where a pit 8 is provided. At this time, the hanger rail 3 transfers to the rising part 3a, so that the suspension tool 4 rises also, and the chassis 6 will stand perfectly within the p it. It transfers to the horizontal part 3b while taking upright attitude, and they are accommodated at close spacing. According to this constitution, the density of accommodation can be increased.
