To provide an accommodation overstrain relaxing device for effectively relaxing an eye in the accommodation overstrain state.

The accommodation overstrain relaxing device 10 is for relaxing the accommodation overstrain of the eye while the user is made to fix the eye at a visual target. The accommodation overstrain relaxing device comprises a visual target display state control means for varying the display state of a visual target plate 32, an oxygen-enriched air generating means (an oxygen enriching film 16) for generating oxygen-enriched air with a higher ratio of oxygen than normal air, and oxygen-enriched air providing means (a depressurizing pump 14 and an oxygen-enriched air outlet 26) for providing the user with oxygen-enriched air.
