Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device capable of executing journalizing work even by a person having no accounting know-how even by executing initializing.
CONSTITUTION: Individual transaction information specifying a debtor account item or a creditor account item in a transaction generated by a person having know-how at fixed time is stored in a fixed time transaction data storing part 3. On the other hand, transaction information specifying a debtor account item or a creditor account item in a transaction supposed to be generated at any time is inputted also to an occasional transaction data storing part 14. Thereby even a person having no accounting know-how can automatically journalize transactions by extracting data from both the data storage parts 3, 14. When a bank side output part 12 and a retrieving processing part 5 are accessed through an access part 11, the receiving/paying condition through can be checked through a bank.
