Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mechanically depalletize the articles by projecting 4 sheet materials inserted between the articles of each level, from an outside face of the article.
SOLUTION: In an accumulated body 1, the block bodies 2 of each level, are arranged in plural lines in the longitudinal and lateral directions, and the sheet materials 7 are inserted between the block body 2 of the lowermost level and a pallet 3, and between the block bodies 2 of each level. The sheet material 7 is projected to the both sides from an outside face of the block bodies 2 of each level, and is installed on an upper face of the pallet 3. The accumulated body 1 from which the bands 4 and a top plate 8 have been removed in advance, is loaded on a carrying-in conveyor 10, to be sent to a depalletizer. In the depalletizer, the projecting part of the sheet material 7 inserted between the block body 2 of the uppermost level, and that just under the same, is gripped by a gripper, the block body of the uppermost level is pushed out onto a table of a finishing machine by a pusher, and then the sheet material 7 is discharged onto a stocker. Then the same operation is successively repeated toward the lower level side.
