Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make the swinging of a movable member smooth by fitting fulcrum seat formed on said movable member, to a fulcrum part erected on a base plate, in a movable mechanism in which a structure supporting a movable member such as a lever means, etc. is formed on said base plat with each member made of resin being accumulated as in an integrated form. CONSTITUTION:A through hole 21a is provided on a base plate 21 of a cam switch device, etc., and a fixed member 22 is fixed to it being molded in an integrated form with its flange part 22b inserted in the through hole 21a. A movable member 24 is formed with a resin, and a leaf spring-like flexible member 23 is provided between this movable member 24 and the fixed member 22, combining these three as in an integrated form. A cam 27 is mounted on a cam shaft 25 fixed to the base plate 21, while a tension spring 29 is stretched between a spring peg 26 fixed on the base plate 21 and the spring-peg projection 24b of the movable member 24. A half bearing type seat 24a formed in the middle of the movable member 24 is fitted to the column surface of the fixed member 22, enabligng the movable member 24 to swing with the fixed member 22 as a fulcrum.
