Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device that eliminates the need to provide an extra centralized management device and disperses charged power.SOLUTION: A stand control section 22 controls a charging start time and a charging end time for a stand storage cell 21 according to a power price and an amount of stored power that are determined by the total amount of supplied power. A delay time that occurs when power price information is acquired is configured to be smaller than a predetermined value determined having, as parameters, an amount u(τ) of power supplied from an external power system 11 when the stand storage cell 21 is charged and a coefficient E indicating the error of the charging speed of the stand storage cell 21. This makes it possible to restrict charging of a plurality of charging stands 20 at the same time zones.
