Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to adjust a power storage device, such as full charge reset, cell balance, OCV measurement, while continuing operation of the power storage device.SOLUTION: A power storage device has the function of integrating lapsed times and the function of integrating charged/discharged power, for each of a plurality of power storage means and each of a plurality of corresponding charging/discharging means. If the integrated lapsed time exceeds a first predetermined time or if the integrated charged/discharged power exceeds a first predetermined time, the power storage device shifts to the start of a request for an adjustment operation from the state of regular charge/discharge operation. If the total of individual usable outputs of a plurality of power storage means except power storage means that has accepted a request for the adjustment operation exceeds a command value for requested charged/discharged power commanded from outside, an adjustment operation is performed for the power storage means that has accepted the request for the adjustment operation. The regular charge/discharge operation is performed using the other power storage means.
