Abstract:
To provide an accumulator capable of responding to high speed of an article processing device provided in an upstream or a downstream while having large accumulation ability.SOLUTION: An accumulator is provided with: a conveyance part comprising a supply conveyor for conveying an article conveyed from an upstream, and a discharge conveyer for conveying an article received from the supply conveyor in a conveyance direction T toward a downstream; and an accumulation part for accumulating the article conveyed by the supply conveyor. The supply conveyor comprises a first supply passage and a second supply passage that are parallel with each other. The accumulation part comprises a first accumulation area corresponding to the first supply passage, and a second accumulation area corresponding to the second supply passage. The first accumulation area is provided on one side of the conveyance direction, across the conveyance part. The second accumulation area is provided on the other side of the conveyance direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
