PURPOSE: To increase accumulative pressure of high pressure oil to an accumulator, and increase a recovering quantity of kinetic energy of a vehicle by performing control to forcedly neutralize a transmission at regenerative braking time such as a brake pedal is stepped down.

CONSTITUTION: A pressure accumulative type braking energy regenerative device is provided with a control unit 60 for engine-transmission control composed of an engine electricity control part and a transmission electricity control part and a control unit 61 for control of a braking energy regenerative device. At regenerative braking time when engine rotating speed exceeds 0 and a brake pedal 1 is stepped down, a forced neutralization indicating signal of a transmission 31 is outputted to the control unit 60 for engine-transmission control from the control unit 61 for control of the braking energy regenerative device. Therefore, an engine brake does not act at regenerative braking time, and accumulative pressure of high pressure oil to an accumulator 36 is increased, and a recovering quantity of kinetic energy of a vehicle can be increased.
