Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect the malfunction caused by the shut-off failure, etc., of the shut-off valve in an accumulator comprising the shut-off valve.
SOLUTION: A bellows 82 is contracted until a seal member 96 comes into contact with a stopper 99 (zero down state). As closely sealed by a seal part 100, an accumulator chamber 84 must be essentially kept at a constant pressure. If the seal failure occurs, the accumulator chamber 84 is dropped to a set pressure. Accordingly, based on the pressure of the accumulator chamber 84 at the zero down state, the malfunction caused by the seal failure, etc., in the accumulator can be accurately detected.
