To miniaturize an accumulator facility and realize low costs by installing an accumulator for accumulating plural wire rods between a paying out device and an integrating processing device, and installing a mobile sheave of each course of the accumulator on a common frame.
In a normal activation, a mobile shave 11 at an upper position, wherein an accumulator 10 is accumulating the wire rods at most, is positioned at the top. A position signal A of a dancer roller device of each course is inputted into a control device, so as to control rotation number of a drive motor 4 for a paying out device in a way that the dancer roller is placed at a given position relative to a wire speed of a take-up machine 6. Furthermore, if the paying out device 1 is made to stop by bobbin exchange or the like, a drive motor 14 for a mobile sheave is controlled in a way to place the dancer roller at a given position using a signal of one given course out of position signals A of the dancer roller. Then, the mobile sheave 11 at the upper position is lowered, so as to pay out the wire rods being accumulated. Thereby, control of the device is facilitated.
