The accumulator 10 for engine warm-up includes: a heat storage material 7 used for storing latent heat; a heat exchange medium 6 coming into direct contact with the heat exchange medium 7 to perform the heat exchange; a direct-contact type accumulation vessel 1 housing the heat storage material 7 and the heat exchange medium 6; and a heat exchanger 3 for warm-up medium housed to an upper part in the direct-contact type accumulator vessel 1. The heat exchanger 3 for warm-up medium is housed to an upper part in the direct-contact type accumulator vessel 1 so that a predetermined space is formed between the heat exchanger 3 for warm-up medium and the heat storage material 7.
