Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accumulate a ring wire material without being damaged and bent from starting accumulation up to finishing it and being disordered, and to stably move a wire coil after accumulated without being deformed.
SOLUTION: This accumulator receives a dropping ring wire material and accumulates it in a coiled manner. Herein, a coiled accumulation 1 is formed with a stem bottom plate 2 having a given-shape through-hole in the center and a stem 3 formed into a cage by erecting a plurality of rod materials on the stem bottom plate 2, and a stem holding and wire material stacking jig to be moved up and down in the stem through the through-hole in the stem bottom plate 2 is set up under the stem bottom plate 2 of the coiled accumulation 1. Therefore, the dropping wire ring can be stably received at a high position and the good wire coil can be obtained.
