The accumulator 25 includes a container 90, an oil return pipe 29, and a filter 60. The oil return pipe 29 includes a sub oil return pipe 29a disposed at a lower part to communicate the inside and the outside of a container 90 for separating the gas and the liquid of a refrigerant with each other, and a main oil return pipe 29b connected to the sub oil return pipe 29a. The filter 60 is disposed in the upstream side end located in the container 90 of the sub oil return pipe 29a via a welding part 62. The first filter mesh 64 of the filter 60 does not permit passage opf a separation target S while permitting the passage of freezer oil and a liquid refrigerant directed from a primary side to a secondary side. The normal N of the tangential plane T of at least a part C of the primary side of the first filter mesh 64 is directed downward or obliquely downward.
