To provide an accumulator having a gas-liquid separator member, the accumulator being capable of suppressing the occurrence of abnormal sound accompanying the occurrence of air bubbles as much as possible.

There is provided an accumulator 1 which includes: a tank body 2 having a refrigerant inlet hole 8 and a refrigerant outlet hole 9; a gas-liquid separating member 16 for separating refrigerant flowed in through the refrigerant inlet hole into gas phase refrigerant, liquid phase refrigerant and oil; refrigerant outlet pipes 5, 6 connected to the refrigerant outlet hole and for guiding the gas phase refrigerant separated by the gas-liquid separating member to the refrigerant outlet hole; and an oil return hole 24 arranged at the bottom part of the refrigerant outlet pipe and guiding the oil accumulated in the tank body into the refrigerant outlet pipe. The accumulator 1 further includes a bag 7 which includes a drier 7a internally and is arranged in a gas phase space region above the tank body. The bag 7 can be housed in a cartridge 31, the cartridge can be attached to the refrigerant outlet pipe through an upper frame member 30 and a lower frame member 22 that are integrally formed at the refrigerant outlet pipe.
