Abstract:
To provide an accuracy correction method and the like suitable for parameter correction by simple calculation.SOLUTION: A calculation processing section 15 performs calculation for adjusting an angle of taper processing by a wire electrode section 23 and calculation for adjusting a position of taper processing by the wire electrode section 23 using a measurement result of test processing with a set parameter before correction. An upper head support point to be a support position of the wire electrode section 23 in an upper head section 21, an upper head support point to be a support position of the wire electrode section 23 in a lower head section 25, and a parameter for adjusting a relative position relation of a table section 9 are calculated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
