To estimate, in real time, the influence of an environmental temperature change on a machine tool, properly diagnose a situation in which thermal displacement may become large and facilitate planning of production.SOLUTION: An accuracy diagnostic device D that diagnoses an influence of thermal deformation on accuracy, in a machine tool M, includes: temperature change speed calculation means 31 that calculates, as a temperature change speed, a speed of a temperature change obtained from an air frame temperature sensor 10 and an environmental temperature sensor 20; accuracy influence degree calculation means 32 that, based on the temperature change speed, calculates a degree of influence of thermal deformation on the machine tool M as an accuracy influence degree; and accuracy stability time calculation means 33 that, based on the temperature change speed, calculates, as an accuracy stabilization time, a time required for the accuracy of the machine tool M to stabilize.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
