To obtain a system allowed to be interrupted from an opposite party and capable of responding to stepwise state changes by changing an interactive scenario with the opposite party in accordance with a parameter value and correcting the contents of talking information to the opposite party and a talking information presenting method.
The system consists of a state storing part 1, a reflective talk generating part 2, a considerable talk generating part 3, a talk analyzing part 4, an authenticity judging part 5, an output part, and a control part 7. In the system, a proposition to be solved is extracted by presenting talking information to an opposite party 10 and analyzing the linguistic contents of a response from the opposite part 10 corresponding to the talking information. In addition, the system calculates a parameter value expressing the psychological state of the opposite party 10 related to the proposition to be solved by analyzing the physical feature of opposite party's reaction such as approval or disapproval and an understanding state to the talking information. Then the interactive scenario with the opposite party 10 is changed in accordance with the parameer value, and the contents of talking information to the opposite party 10 and the talking information presenting method are corrected in accordance with the parameter value.
