PURPOSE: To control an incoming call distribution ACD attendant board simply and uniformly with a little revision of an exchange software by counting an incoming call due to the count of call unit depending on the service class without using an exclusive terminal equipment and distributing the incoming call to the attendant board in response to the integration quantity of the incoming call number.
CONSTITUTION: A call number handled by trunk line incoming calls is counted and the call is reached and displayed to an attendant board AGT0-2 with less call unit handled by the trunk line incoming calls automatically with priority. Then to which attendant board AGT0-2 an incoming visual and audible display is applied to the trunk line incoming call with the exchange software technology by a microcomputer is decided by the incoming handling call unit of the attendant board AGT0-2. Thus, an attendant board with least incoming call number is realized among the relevant attendant boards to find out simply. Moreover, a general terminal equipment used in a private branch of exchange PBX is used as the attendant board without using an exclusive terminal equipment to reduce the change in the exchange software.
