To provide an acetate composite false-twisted textured yarn capable of imparting feeling peculiar to an acetate fiber and good feeling of wearing to a woven fabric, and having good passage through a post process; and to provide a twisted thread of the acetate composite false-twisted textured yarn, and a woven fabric using the twisted thread.

The acetate composite false-twisted textured yarn is constituted of an acetate fiber and a polyester conjugate fiber comprising two kinds of polyester polymers having different heat shrinkages. The mixed rate of the acetate fiber is ≥50% and ≤80%. The number of interlaced parts of the acetate textured yarn in which the acetate fiber and the polyester conjugate fiber are not substantially separated is preferably ≥1/m and ≤20/m. The number of fluffs and/or loops is preferably <5/cm, and crimp elongation is preferably ≥10%. The twisted thread is obtained by twisting the obtained false-twisted textured yarn so as to have 10,000-20,000 twist coefficient, and the woven fabric is obtained by using the twisted thread.
